Payments and applicable taxes are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
What every plan includes
- Monthly subscription, month-to-month: no long-term contract.
- No setup fee.
- 0% DirectBalkan booking commission.
- Applicable taxes, such as VAT, are calculated separately at checkout where required.
- Cancel at any time: cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
How properties and units are counted
- An Active property is a property that is live on DirectBalkan. Properties still being prepared or verified do not count.
- A billable unit is one apartment, room or villa that guests can book separately. A room type with several identical rooms counts each room.
- Your plan is set by whichever limit you reach first. Temporary closures and blocked dates do not change the count.
