What Early Access means

  • Joining is free. No payment details, no subscription and no automatic activation.
  • You are among the first accommodation owners we talk to while we build DirectBalkan.
  • Registering is not a purchase and commits you to nothing.
  • We will contact you about Early Access. We do not promise a date or a response time yet.

DirectBalkan uses a fixed monthly subscription with 0% DirectBalkan booking commission. Launch plans are Direct €29/month, Multi €59/month and Portfolio €99/month; larger portfolios are quoted individually. At introduction, subscriptions are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time.

    DirectBalkan reviews your registration and how well your property fits.

  3. Onboarding.

    Qualified owners are invited to onboarding. We do not give timings yet.

  4. Verification and publication checks.

    Your property completes verification and the publication checks.

  5. Active.

    Once your property is Active:

    • its marketplace listing goes live;
    • its own website goes live;
    • your normal subscription starts;
    • your Founding Host benefit starts: 50% off your first three paid months.

Joining does not guarantee acceptance or publication. A property goes live only after it passes verification and the publication checks.

How the Founding Host benefit works

When it starts
When your Organization’s first qualifying Early Access property becomes Active. Joining Early Access starts no subscription and takes no payment.
What you get
50% off your first three paid DirectBalkan subscription months. The months are paid at half price, not free; after them the normal price applies.
Once per Organization
One subscription, one three-month period. Adding properties or units does not restart it.
If you upgrade
50% applies to the new plan for the rest of the original three months. The period does not restart.
What it covers
The DirectBalkan subscription only. Booking commission is 0%; payment-provider fees, where they apply, are separate.
Going live
Your property must pass onboarding, verification and the publication checks. The benefit does not change your position in marketplace results.
